Development Activities For Your Baby

When a woman is pregnant… A child development activity starts from that time. Child movement can be observed from 7 months. Whatever mother thinks that directly affects the baby development. So mother shall always try to involve in positive activities. New born baby- We are familiar to our climate but not the just born baby. For babies everything is new here and they have to mold themselves accordingly for their survival and intellectually they do so. For newly born babies we can hang some colorful toy jhula or baby toy such that they can watch and enjoy. After a few more months the baby will try to hold it. 3 months- What are the activities of 3 months baby? In 3 months the baby starts half karwat. At this stage the baby starts to listen and watch the things which are goings-on in her/his surrounding. At this stage the following kind of activities are helpful for babies.

For play activity keep soft toys on little distance then the baby starts creeping and they will try to hold those toys.
Try to teach some words with actions like keep, give, smile, sad, happy, crying, up, down, no, yes, mumma, papa etc. These all activities help to develop them mentally, physically and emotionally.

6 months- In six month babies start singing in their own cute and funny language. At this stage mothers shall also try to guide their baby for sitting practice with help of pillows. At this stage you can notice swelling on teeth gum(means teeth coming out), feel irritated and try to take everything in mouth.During this time three or four times loose motion can also be noticed so don't be panicked. In this stage you develop to choose the right thing.

With help of objects you can teach your baby but make sure both the objects are having a big difference in shape and color. Like tomatoes and bananas. Then the baby can choose banana or tomato.
And this stage baby starts to make a voice in their own language here you can guide more words also. Speak with your baby as much as possible and in this course the baby love will attach with you and will catch your language fast.

7 months- In 7 months the child starts sitting properly. In this stage they enjoy finding hidden objects.

Find out hidden objects. Take a box and hide some items like potato,tomato in a bunch of small paper cuts inside the box side to side and ask the baby to find it.
8 months- In 8 months the baby will start crawling. You show many activities in this stage of the baby. Baby start to notice the image and enjoy your company.
Show pictures of animals to babies and make sounds of that animal for baby learning practice.

9 months- With help of anything or a high chair the child will try to stand-up. On this stage, babies understand things by name. These types of activities are helpful for them.

Show the picture from the book and tell the name. like show the picture of the dog and say dog bho bho.

10 months- They shall start to say mumma, papa, dada etc. types of Word. You can teach more words and color differences in this stage.

Understand color difference using finger paint, if we are teaching about red color then we will keep all objects of red around the baby otherwise the baby will be confused.

11 months- Baby starts walking with the help of a wall. These activities are helpful for them.

Keep some colorful and attractive toys little far from the baby. With the help of a wall or something else the baby will try to take those toys.
This time garden or play area is very helpful for baby walk practice.

12 months- without any help the baby will stand-up and walk. After a few steps they may fall down. Then again stand-up and again walk. With the help of fingers they walk more. Long and small differences can teach.

We will keep one small and one long object and will teach the difference of small and long.
They will enjoy water play.
At this stage they have many play ideas to enjoy them self.

13 months- At this stage a child can walk properly and learn more words. In this stage the baby enjoys in the garden, plays with toys etc.

As much as you speak with your child they will also try to catch and speak.
At this stage we will teach how to kick the ball.
Solve wooden/plastic puzzles.
Make blocks.
Sensory activities / Sensory play.

14 months- At this stage the baby can walk properly and even they can speak some words.They will like to play in gardens or in play areas. At this stage you can give fruit cuts, small roti in their hand directly for eating practice.Teach them to hold a spoon. If they tearn how to hold a spoon then the baby starts to eat on his own.
